About the Role

A leading B2B tech client of ours is looking to hire an Account Manager to join their exciting client services/commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience at a B2B agency working on delivering digital projects with multi-disciplinary teams. We are looking for a passionate character with a hunger to learn about the world of tech and digital communications

Requirements

The client services account manager role will involve managing content marketing projects from start to finish on time and to budget and will be responsible for the following along the way:


  • Managing strategic  briefs and liaising with writers, designers, animators etc ensuring they are well instructed and on time/budget.


  • Client relations, advise  clients on a variety of mediums and channels.


  • Produce reports on projects and team performance.


  • Using your experience & knowledge, identify ways the business can improve through marketing trends, content resources and product inspiration.


  • Integrate yourself within the team ensuring all departments are working together to meet      client demands.

Salary / Rate

£38k
