This is a brand-new opportunity to join their business as a CRM Operations Manager - you'll work within the customer marketing team as they continue to develop and improve comms and user experiences to give customers the best possible journeys.
You’ll be a hands on CRM professional, adept at implementing campaign decision logic in a marketing orchestration tool (SFMC/Braze/etc) via GUI or by manipulating data and/or scripting language.
You will have worked in a CRM Ops/Automation/Technical CRM marketing role before and be keen to carry on with the technical aspect of CRM.
The role is mainly remote with the odd trip in to 2 London offices.
