About the Role
I am on the look out for Customer Success Director for a self proclaimed 'A-Commerce' agency. They use augmented reality solutions to help brands boost sales in store and online. With a big emphasis on NFT's, Augmented reality and the Metaverse, it's an opportunity to work within a fast growing agency.
They also work with a big spread of impressive clients across industries, and their client roster includes Walmart, Microsoft, LG and Philips etc.
You will be asked to identify sales leads, pitch services, close deals and maintain a good working relationship with existing contacts. The ideal candidate is someone who has Agency selling success, selling into and growing major brands.
You will be responsible for the following:
Accountable for maximising value and growth for existing brands.
Happy to travel globally and meet new/existing clients
All opportunities to be managed from start to finish through Salesforce in order to create a professional funnel management process.
Robust, authentic Salesforce funnel built from net new brands and existing brands and retailers
Clear personal leadership in developing the processes to find, qualify, progress and close net new business for the business.
Take ownership of accounts and put your own stamp on the Client Services division.
The ideal candidate will have:
Brand or Agency client facing experience
Comfortable hosting and leading meetings
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce & Outreach)
Evidence of exceeding annual targets
Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contract
Proven experience in generating and managing large volume of sales leads
Great understanding of and a passion for the digital marketing space especially within Web3
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
