About the Role
A leading agency, with a portfolio of some of the world's biggest brands, is seeking a talented Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the digital space, understand web builds, UX, data, and digital products, and be comfortable managing budgets over 500k. Additionally, they should be commercial-minded and able to explain complex ideas in plain English.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for one of our largest clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee the execution of all digital campaigns and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, tech, and strategy, to drive results for our clients
Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions that drive business results
Manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI

Requirements
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
