About the Role
I'm working with one of the hottest independent integrated communications agencies in London to find a Director of Growth. Reporting into the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic new business process.
Requirements
The central aim of this role is the conversion of high value business opportunities with new clients to support the agency in achieving its highly ambitious targets. You'll be working closely with the agency's Head of Marketing & New Business to generate new business leads with a focus on consumer brands in order to grow the agency's client base.
Responsibilities
Formulating bespoke new business strategies for the agency's PR, Sponsorship, Digital and Content divisions including key targets, contact plans and marketing collateral
Managing the end to end sales process for the business, ensuring strong pipeline management processes in place
Establishing an entrepreneurial, growth culture throughout the agency. Championing and coaching others on tools and strategies to identify business opportunities.
Regular reporting against new business plans, including management and updating of their CRM platform to track new business opportunities
Agency point of contact for all outbound new business prospects
Qualifications
Seasoned sales and new business leader with 10+ years of consumer marketing background working in an agency setting
Agency point of contact for all outbound new business prospects
Proven track record delivering revenue growth targets in an agency environment through winning new business
Strong relationships with brand managers and procurement leads in the consumer sectors; experience in the sports sector is a benefit but not a necessity
Capable of clearly conveying the agency's offerings and of tailoring their presentation style of delivery to suit their audience
Strong project management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
