About the Role
This is an indie agency with some cracking clients, looking to build out their Customer Experience arm and need some one to head this up.
The agency in question are performance marketing based and are lucky enough to enjoy a friendly, collaborative and hardworking atmosphere. As a start-up, they are dynamic, fast paced and share a collaborative and welcoming culture.
Reporting directly into an MD. This would suit if you're looking to have a 'building' capacity, using your CRM knowledge to upsell to current clients, win new business and also put the framework in place to grow and manage a whole business function as Head of CRM.
You will be a CRM professional, strong with ESP/CRM systems, automation and data strategy. but just as important is having the ability to speak with clients, pitch for new business and build a team.
