About the Role
Our client is a leading boutique brand and innovation consultancy who specialise in creating brands, products and experiences for global blue-chip businesses and brands across the FMCG, hospitality, luxury sectors.
You will be responsible for overall leadership and growth of a rapidly scaling boutique consultancies with a global footprint. You will oversee the delivery large scale strategy projects and workstreams across all clients covering a variety of brand strategy and innovation. This will be a leadership position sitting on the senior leadership board responsible not only for delivering world class strategy work but also leading the strategic direction of the business contributing to the future growth of the agency. You will take an integral part of delivering new business to the agency, both winning new clients and growing existing accounts with a proven track record of delivering growth.
You will have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in brand strategy, research or innovation gained at reputable agency or in-house, a combination of the two would be ideal. You will possess a deep understanding of the fundamentals of brand strategy grounded in strong research capabilities, understanding both qualitative and quantitative methodologies possessing the ability to turn these insights into strategic recommendations for clients to create innovative new products, experiences and services. You must have previous leadership experience, managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams but also significant experience or exposure to agency/consultancy growth. You must have previous experience working with global FMCG brands delivering best in class strategy work. You must also be a natural new business professional with a strong network of contacts within the FMCG, Hospitality or Luxury sectors with the ability and desire to hunt for new business along with cultivating and growing existing client relationships.

Salary / Rate
Salary: £125,000 - £150,000 + significant bonus and equity
