They have a huge range of international clients in finance, insurance, gaming and media among others and are looking for a versatile UXer who can handle projects from a variety of clients.
Great knowledge of human-centred design principles
Relationship building skills (in particular rapport and empathy)
Awareness of industry trends in the UX world
Substantial professional experience in a user experience environment (agency experience preferable)
A wide range of research and design methodologies
Experience conducting interviews, carrying out focus groups, etc.
Good use of storytelling to express ideas
Line management experience is beneficial
