About the Role
I'm working with a London based marketing agency who are looking for a Resource Coordinator to come in and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of projects. You'll need to have at least a year of agency experience (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically about resource planning and management of agency workflow.
Requirements
You implement our current procedures into a new team while reporting to our Senior Resource & Traffic Manager and a group of Digital Producers.
As a Resource Coordinator, you will:
To develop Traffic processes and oversee agency workflow, comprehend business needs and learn best practices from the Senior Resource & Delivery Manager.
Through stand-ups, monitor trafficking and the capacity of the staff, both permanent and freelance, taking overall accountability for daily duties and managing priorities.
Develop relationships with internal teams quickly by being accessible and collected while responding to shifting company needs and various client demands.
You'll bring:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Knowledge of creative briefs and agency workflows
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
A proactive approach to improving processes and problem solving
Ability to demonstrate strong time and workload management skills
