About the Role

I'm working with a London based marketing agency who are looking for a Resource Coordinator to come in and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of projects. You'll need to have at least a year of agency experience (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically about resource planning and management of agency workflow.


You implement our current procedures into a new team while reporting to our Senior Resource & Traffic Manager and a group of Digital Producers.

As a Resource Coordinator, you will:

  • To develop Traffic processes and oversee agency workflow, comprehend business needs and learn best practices from the Senior Resource & Delivery Manager.

  • Through stand-ups, monitor trafficking and the capacity of the staff, both permanent and freelance, taking overall accountability for daily duties and managing priorities.

  • Develop relationships with internal teams quickly by being accessible and collected while responding to shifting company needs and various client demands.

You'll bring:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of creative briefs and agency workflows

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

  • A proactive approach to improving processes and problem solving

  • Ability to demonstrate strong time and workload management skills
