About the Role

I'm working with a growing innovation agency that thrives in all things experiential like AR, VR, XR, metaverse and web3.0! They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage a brand new large luxury fashion account to ensure commercial success and delivery on projects.


You will be expected to carry out the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in the digital advertising space, particularly in the areas of interactive technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and gamification

  • Proactively identify new opportunities to grow and expand client relationships, developing proposals and pitches as needed

  • Manage with production team project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations

As a Senior Account Manager, they are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in account management or a related role, preferably within an advertising agency

  • Experience within interactive entertainment and games (VR, AR and MR) is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Ability to effectively present ideas and information to clients and internal teams

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
