Exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Strategist to join a leading integrated London based agency during a period of growth. This role is working on a well known global brand in order to increase customer engagement through defining CRM communication strategies.
Experinece researching and mapping consumer journeys in order to inform the strategic output.
Excellent brief writing and presentation skills.
Must have experience working in CRM and Digital strategy within an agency environment.
The ability to work collaboratively across all departments, whilst being able to undertake tasks autonomously.
Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the London based office.
