About the Role
The right candidate will play a central and strategic role across all stages of the process and delivery of our service design work. You will be involved in transforming ways of working and be responsible at a strategic level for ensuring we take a user-centred approach to tying together human, digital and physical interactions to create brilliant experiences for users.
Requirements
Design and visualize end-to-end journey (service blueprint)
Expereince in working with teams and stakeholders
Previous experience working with researchers and analysts to understand users
Working in Lean and Agile delivery methodologies
Understand business strategy
Contribute to design patterns and standards
Design leadership experience working across multiple projects
Salary / Rate
£60k - £80k
