About the Role
I am currently working with a global, independent insight and innovation consultancy working with leading worldwide brands. Through their deep evidence-based understanding of what drives human behaviour they have the ability to understand what people want next and can identify scalable opportunities for growth. The core of their work today is building on insights from human sciences to understand core truths that drive people and infusing the DNA of brand and business growth strategies. They have had a lot of success to date with a number of notable brands and work across a variety of sectors. Their culture is diverse and collaborative, and they maintain a start-up nature.
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of their global insight, innovation and strategy projects. You will work closely with the senior team across proposal development, conducting consumer and expert interviews, moderating groups, attending fieldwork, analysing research and helping design and facilitate workshops. You will assist with creating client facing content’ contributing to the design of presentations, blogs and podcasts. You will be responsible for delivering results in an engaging way and building strong client relationships. You will also support the development of new business, contributing to the development of new methodologies and approaches.
You must have at least 1 – 3 years’ experience working within insight, brand or innovation, preferably agency side. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to build long lasting client relationships. You will be a quick thinker and be able to understand client’s business challenges and help effectively. You will ultimately be curious with clear thinking and a great imagination, eager and driven to take your career to the next level.
