This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that have grown from a small Dutch start up to one of the world's leading digital travel agencies. Having had a hugely successful last few years they are on a major growth trajectory and are looking for a suitable candidate for a maternity cover position.
In this role you'll join a talent marketing team bringing together cross functional partners. You will be responsible for owning and delivering a couple areas of strategy. Creating and launching engaging , x-channel digital marketing campaigns, helping to increase positive candidate experience. As well as managing all aspects of quantitative research projects, including questionnaire design, survey scripting, data cleaning and analysis.
You will be a technical person and have the ability to create metrics & reports. Have project and campaign management experience to ensure projects are designed, implemented and evaluated effectively. 4/5 years experience executing sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding initiatives, as well as being highly proficient in excel and SPSS
