About the Role
We are looking for an account manager (type person) to join one of London’s most intelligent and successful customer experience agencies.
The agency has recently implemented a top down CX audit for a major consumer client of theirs and they are now looking for someone who can make sure that CX strategy is being implemented across the client’s physical stores. The role itself will suit someone who has a depth of client services understanding, as you will be visiting client sites and will be responsible for representing the agency’s thinking, and so strong communication skills will be key.
Any prior experience in holistic CX will also be invaluable.
The role offers a great chance to be involved in a truly huge piece of CX implementation and to work with some of the brightest agency minds in London.
They are looking for someone to start immediately and are happy to hire based on a 6-month FTC or alternatively on a 6 month day-rated contract.

Salary / Rate
£30-40k or £200-250
