Do you represent freelance and permanent candidates?

Yes, we have equal expertise in both, and understand that each has different needs and requirements in their search. We are also happy to advise those who are looking to make the leap from one to the other.

Do you recruit across all levels?

We cover experienced hires, typically through mid-weight to C-level.  We are happy to advise junior candidates towards our client’s entry-level programmes however and are passionate about our industry being able to attract the brightest and best.

Do you recruit into both agencies and brand side companies?

Yes, we cover both and have various consultants who specialise in different markets be that agency, brand side, product or beyond.

What do you need from us to begin recruiting?

Whether you’re a client or candidate, it all starts with a meeting or a call to define your search requirements. We always prefer face to face, ideally over a coffee.

How long does the recruitment process take?

It differs. A freelance role will almost always be filled in days, whereas a permanent hire may take a few weeks. We always like to agree on a timeframe up front and have all parties work towards that.
