Lead Strategist with a background in CX, UX or strategy who’s excited about adding their experience and hands-on work attitude to a small team in start-up mode.


  • Working on human centered design projects 

  • Developing CX visions standards and frameworks 

  • Desining specific touchpoints & redisigning end to end journeys

  • Navigating complex, global clients

  • Workshop co-ordination  & Research tasks 

  • Finding opportunities, as well as developing the agency's new business process, showing prospective clients how CX thinking can help them grow
