Looking for a talented design lead with expertise gained from real experiences, a large amount of confidence and someone out of the ordinary who doesn't stand for mediocrity.
The chance to work for a global design agency thats core focus is on branding and packaging.
This role is client facing, and you will need to demonstrate solid relationship building and liaison skills, whilst gaining key detail to relay back to designers and other members of the team. You will use inspiration and positive reinforcement to lead creative teams in the delivery of work that is strategically sound, aesthetically beautiful, genuinely purposeful and culturally relevant.
Being a lead role, there will be an element of mentoring more junior members of the team and being able to help guide them through projects and problems.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience within an agency environemnt and a portfolio that stands out with brilliant work across an array of FMCG categories including significant examples in beauty and spirits.
- A deep, intuitive understanding of how brands work and how this is evolving, garnered from working with well-established global brands as well as local smaller gems and challengers.
-A problem solving mindset with strategic sensibilities, and the ability to link creative solutions to consumer insights and market dynamics.
