About the Role
You'll be working with a pharmaceutical company to support the successful commercial launch of advanced cancer theragnostics across markets. We're in need of a strategic Service Design Lead to work with many teams and stakeholders across the client business to develop local service blueprints, define and test solutions to local pain points and develop roadmaps for execution of identified initiatives at global and local level.
Service Blueprint Creation
Lead stakeholder interviews, map out and document systems of products. Distil and quantify pain points, identify challenges and opportunity areas across customer journeys, data flows, technology stacks and operational processes.
Solutions Mapping, Ideation, and Testing
Create and maintain a pain points and solutions backlog to guide and inform strategy. Write up requirements and information that helps to understand, evaluate and prioritise these points.
Strategy and Execution Planning
Lead the prioritisation of solutions and initiatives and creation of roadmaps, and define tactical plans for the execution of identified initiatives across markets.
