This role suits anyone that has a deep understanding of how documentation contributes to the success, value and placement of a product.
You will be responsible for owning the developer documentation for onboarding customers, engineering & analytics teams who produce date from across the organisation, to the products.
Collaborating across different departments on the design, implementation and maintenance of the documentation framework, templates, packaging, and process.
Being a lead role you will analyse, advise and create an efficient documentation process.
Experience documenting APIs, SDKs as well as architecture documents.
Knowledge of static site generators and version control systems (Hugo, Jekyll)
Previous work across governance and compliance related topics like SOx, PCI and GDPR
Ability to work independently, leading your own projects whilst working closely with various stakeholders
A data driven mindset, being able to work to a high level of data literacy with knowledge of key data platforms
