About the Role

Our Client is a leading global creative agency who specialise in big brand transformation work spanning across brand, design, innovation and digital. They have a unique approach blending strategic and commercial rigour with a highly creative design centred mindset.

They work with clients both large and small from some of the world’s most iconic brands to some of the most exciting new businesses, helping them to unlock new growth through strategy, design and transformation. Whether that be refreshing old brands, creating new brands, products, services or experiences.

You will be responsible for leading and delivering large scale strategy projects and workstreams for some of their most prestigious clients covering a variety of brand strategy, innovation and research methodologies.

You will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in brand, innovation and research gained at reputable agencies or in-house, a combination of the two would be ideal. You will possess a deep understanding of the fundamentals of brand strategy, including brand purpose, positioning, and architecture along with a solid understanding of the creative process. You would have some exposure to some of the following, culture change and employee engagement, innovation, research and insights, analytics, digital, experience design, proposition development or management consulting.

You must have previous leadership experience, managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams. You would have previous experience working with some of the world’s largest brands across a variety of sectors with a proven track record of delivering results and growth for clients. A post- grad qualification such as an MBA would be highly desirable.
